Country Ham Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine in large pan
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. lemon juice (I use bottled)
Preparation
    Heat until sugar bubbles.
    Add enough water until it is as thin as maple syrup.
    Lay trimmed country ham slices in this 30 minutes or until charcoal is gray.
    (Don't use hot coals.)
    Watch closely and turn, then pour rest of syrup over first side.
    Cook only until ham starts to brown, but not burn.
    Cooks quickly. It's delicious.
