Tuna Fish Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/8 oz.) can dark tuna fish, not drained
    1/4 pkg. salted or unsalted broken crackers
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 egg
    1/4 onion chopped or powdered pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    In bowl, combine all ingredients, except oil.
    Shape into cakes.
    Brown in oil in frying pan, about 12 minutes, on each side.
    Serve with buttered noodles and green salad.
