Sugar Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
2 whole eggs
1 c. salad oil
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
5 c. unsifted flour
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

Cream butter and sugar.
Add next 4 ingredients.
After measuring, sift dry ingredients together.
Mix well.
Roll into balls.
Roll the ball in sugar and mash down with fork.
Bake 10 minutes or until lightly browned at 350\u00b0.
