Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    zucchini, halved and cooked
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 garlic buds
    salt to taste
    5 slices bread
    1/4 c. milk
    5 beaten eggs
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Cook zucchini halves until tender (15 minutes).
    Lay halved zucchini in greased pan.
    Spoon out insides and drain in colander. Saute hamburger; add onion, garlic and salt.
    Mash bread with milk and beaten eggs.
    Add hamburger mixture and zucchini from colander, plus Parmesan cheese and oregano.
    Mix together and stuff halved zucchini.
    May sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 approximately 35 minutes.
