African Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 head cabbage (strips)
    1 onion
    1 can tomatoes
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 Tbsp. peanut butter
    1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    3 c. cooked white rice
Preparation
    Saute onion in olive oil.
    Add ground chuck.
    Cook until browned.
    Add cabbage and saute for a few minutes, then add tomatoes (diced).
    Add soy sauce and peanut butter.
    Simmer until cabbage is tender.
    Add cayenne pepper (to taste).
    Remove from heat and stir in yogurt.
    Serve over cooked white rice.
