Diet Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. hamburger, broiled
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. G. Washington seasoning (beef flavor)
1 (28 oz.) can bean sprouts, drained
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
2 c. water
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. raw tomatoes, diced
1 c. tomato juice
1 can kidney beans (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix together all ingredients; simmer until done.
Makes 1/2 kettle of chili, 574 calories for all.
