Perohi Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 potato perohi, cooked
2 c. cooked chopped fine sauerkraut
1 c. diced mushrooms
1/2 lb. bacon
1 small onion, cut into small pieces
4 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation

Cook sauerkraut and drain.
Fry bacon and drain on paper towel.
Fry onion and mushrooms in margarine.
Combine bacon that has been cut into small pieces, mushrooms, onion and sauerkraut. Place perohi in casserole.
Cover with combined ingredients.
Bake 30 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Serve with applesauce or sour cream.
