Sausage And Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
    1 lb. sausage
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 c. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green pepper
    1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. minced celery
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cook rice as directed and set aside.
    Brown sausage in skillet, stir and crumble; drain well.
    Combine all ingredients. Spoon into lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 6.
