Copper Pennies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 tsp. basil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. oil
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Cook carrots and drain.
    Marinate 24 hours.
