Sweet-And-Sour Red Cabbage And Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium size head red cabbage (about 1 1/2 lb.), cored and sliced thin
    1 large tart apple, peeled, cored and cut into 1/2-inch cubes
    1 small sweet green pepper, cored, seeded and sliced lengthwise into strips about 1/4-inch wide
    1 small yellow onion, chopped fine
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1/2 tsp. caraway seed
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/8 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    In a
    large heatproof bowl, combine the cabbage, apple, green pepper and onion and toss well to mix; set aside.
