Posh Nosh Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium tomatoes
    3 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded and quartered
    1 red bell pepper, seeded and minced
    1 green bell pepper, seeded and minced
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    2 Tbsp. olive oil or vegetable oil
    3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce or to taste
    1 (46 oz.0 can vegetable juice (such as V-8)
Preparation
    To peel tomatoes:
    Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
    Add tomatoes; immerse for 30 seconds.
    Remove tomatoes from pot; peel.
