Potato And Pepper Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 stick oleo
    6 medium-sized potatoes
    1/4 green pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 sweet red pepper or 1/4 c. pimiento
    5 green onions with about 3 inches green tops
Preparation
    Melt butter with milk; do not boil.
    Grate or grind potatoes, pepper and onion.
    Put into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pour on milk.
