Wild Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. wild rice (washed)
    5 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. shredded celery
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 pimiento, chopped
    1 (3 oz.) can drained mushrooms
    salt
    fresh pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Grease a 6-cup casserole dish.
    Place all ingredients except 1 cup broth in the dish and cover tightly. Bake 1 1/2 hours, adding more broth if necessary.
    Serves 6 generously.
