Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. water
    3 Tbsp. strawberry gelatin
    4 c. strawberry
    1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
    Cool Whip or whipped cream
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan.
    Stir in water and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in gelatin.
    Pour over strawberries and mix well.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
    Refrigerate until set.
    When set, spread Cool Whip or whipped cream on top.
