Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sweet potatoes, drained
    1 small can evaporated milk
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. orange flavoring
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    nuts (if desired)
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Heat potatoes.
    Add all ingredients, saving 1/2 cup brown sugar and nuts.
    Place in baking dish.
    Top with brown sugar and chopped nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
