Upper Crust Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bread
    2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
    1 c. celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    2 c. cheese
    1 1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Trim crust from bread; reserve crusts.
    Cut bread diagonally into quarters.
    Cut crusts into cubes.
    Combine bread cubes, chicken, celery and cheese.
    Mix well.
    Spoon into 11 3/4 x 7 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Arrange bread quarters over mixture. Combine mayonnaise, eggs and seasonings.
    Mix well.
    Add milk. Pour over bread.
    Cover.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 8 servings.
