Tangy Pecan-Orange Cranberry Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh cranberries, rinsed
2 oranges, seeded and quartered (unpeeled)
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans (optional)
Preparation

Grind oranges and cranberries in a food grinder, using medium blade, or chop medium fine in a food processor.
Stir in 2 cups of granulated sugar.
Refrigerate several hours or longer.
Makes 2 pints.
Keeps well in refrigerator.
