Shrimp Terrine Seaside - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. raw peeled and deveined shrimp
    3 egg whites
    3 Tbsp. chopped chives
    3 Tbsp. sliced scallions (green onions)
    1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1 1/2 c. heavy or whipping cream (cold)
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan with enough foil to completely cover the top of the loaf.
    Oil the foil.
    Place the shrimp in the bowl of a food processor; process until smooth, stopping frequently to scrape the sides of the bowl. Add the egg whites, chives, onions, dill weed, salt and pepper; process until the mixture resembles a thick paste.
    With the processor running, gradually add the cream.
    Process for 1 minute.
