Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie crust
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 stick margarine or butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 eggs, beaten
    1/2 small can Angel Flake coconut
    1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Blend sugar, butter and flour.
    Beat in beaten eggs.
    Add buttermilk, coconut and nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. (Double recipe for 2 pies.)
