Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken pieces
    flour
    1 tsp. sage
    6 Tbsp. oil
    salt and pepper
    1/2 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Put flour, spices, salt and pepper in paper bag.
    Pour oil into bottom of baking pan.
    Put chicken pieces, 3 or 4 at a time, into bag of flour and spices; shake bag to coat.
    Arrange chicken pieces, skin side down, in pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes, turn pieces and bake 15 minutes longer, until golden brown and tender.
