Crustless Mushroom Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 oz. skim milk
2 oz. stale bread, cubed
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 oz. shredded low-fat cheese
2 Tbsp. diet margarine
2 eggs or substitutes
1/2 c. chopped or sliced mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine milk, melted margarine and bread.
Set aside.
Saute onion and mushrooms.
Cool.
Add eggs, cheese, salt and pepper to cooked mixture.
Combine all ingredients.
Place in pie plate, sprayed with non-oil baking spray.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes, until lightly browned and knife comes out clean.
