Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, softened
    5 eggs
    3/4 c. buttermilk (powder form works well)
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 bag coconut (7 oz.)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into 2 pie crusts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
