Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg
    4 eggs
    2 c. sweet milk
    pinch of salt
    1 uncooked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream sugar, flour and butter together.
    Beat in eggs 1 at a time.
    Add sweet milk, salt and vanilla.
    Pour into uncooked pie shell.
    Bake 10 minutes at 450\u00b0; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and finish baking.
    Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
