Italian Zucchini Crescent Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. unpeeled, thinly sliced zucchini squash
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 stick butter
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1 can crescent rolls
    2 tsp. table mustard
Preparation
    Spread 1 can of crescent rolls on a large pie pan to form crust.
    Spread mustard over crust.
    Sauce onion in butter for 10 minutes; remove from heat.
    Add remaining ingredients, mix and pour into pie shell.
    Bake 18 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Even better reheated the second day!
