Claret Lemonade - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. lemon juice (fresh)
1/2 c. Claret or other dry red wine
3 c. sparkling mineral water, chilled
Preparation

Combine sugar and lemon juice, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add wine and sparkling water.
Serve over ice.
Yields 4 cups.
