Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    1 (8 oz.) Philly cream cheese
    1 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. butter or oleo
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    parsley (optional)
    paprika (optional)
Preparation
    Peel and cook potatoes.
    Drain.
    Beat cream cheese in mixer. Add butter and seasonings.
    Add potatoes.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add half and half.
    When all is mixed, put in casserole dish.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with parsley and paprika, if desired.
    May be frozen.
    Keeps well if made ahead of time in fridge.
