Hush Puppies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
2 large onions, chopped
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. milk

Preparation

Mix and drop batter from small spoon into hot fat.
Turn once. Batter will be thin.
Cook until golden brown.
