Ambrosia Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange segments, drained
    1 3/4 c. thawed Cool Whip whipped topping
    1 pkg. (8 serving size) or 2 pkg. (4 serving size) Jell-O brand orange flavored gelatin
    1 1/2 c. Kraft miniature marshmallows
    1/2 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut (optional)
    2 c. chopped lettuce
    1 bunch cut up broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    3/4 lb. cooked and crumbled bacon
    1 c. black raisins
    1 c. salad sunflower seeds
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Pour mixture over layers.
    Put in refrigerator overnight. Toss when ready to serve.
