Apple Taffy Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. unpeeled, chopped apples
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 beaten egg
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. salted chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat juice, flour, egg, sugar and vinegar in pan and stir until thick.
Set aside to cool.
Mix apples, half the nuts and Cool Whip.
Then mix with cooled mixture and let set in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Before putting in refrigerator, sprinkle top with remainder of nuts.
