Barbecue Rice And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (14 or 15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 c. Minute original rice (uncooked)
Preparation
    Cook and stir onion and pepper in hot oil in saucepan until tender.
    Stir in beans, water, barbecue sauce, bouillon cube and garlic powder.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in rice and cover.
    Remove from heat.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Fluff with fork.
    Makes 6 servings.
