Fajita Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Minute instant whole grain brown rice (uncooked)
    1 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 lb. flank steak, cut into thin strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    1 each: medium green and red pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
Preparation
    Prepare rice as directed on package, omitting margarine and salt.
    Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat.
    Add meat, onion and garlic.
    Cook and stir until meat is browned.
    Add peppers.
    Cook and stir until tender-crisp.
    Stir in water, soy sauce and hot pepper sauce.
    Bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat. Stir in lime juice.
    Serve over rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
