Beef Rouladen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 round steaks (1/4-inch thick)
    mustard
    salt
    pepper
    1 large onion, chopped
    4 strips bacon
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 dill pickle, chopped fine
Preparation
    Cut each steak in half and pound to tenderize.
    Spread each piece with mustard, salt and pepper.
    Place bacon, onion and dill pickle on top.
    Roll each steak and secure with a toothpick.
    Heat oil in a Dutch oven and brown meat on all sides.
    Turn heat down and simmer about 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
    Combine 2 tablespoons flour with 1/4 cup water.
    Add to pan and simmer.
    Add sour cream and heat thoroughly.
