Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 oz. cartons sour cream
    2 small cans chopped green chilies
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. chopped green onion
    1 large pkg. flour tortillas (6-inch small)
    6 boned chicken breasts
    Knorr chicken flavoring mix
    2 carrots
    1 chopped Vidalia onion
Preparation
    Cook chicken slowly with carrots, Vidalia onion and seasoning; drain.
    Remove chicken and cool; chop and set aside.
