Stained Glass Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. chopped nuts
    10 1/2 oz. colored marshmallows
    8 oz. pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Melt chips and margarine/butter in double boiler or heavy pan. Let cool. Add nuts and marshmallows; mix well. Separate into 3 logs using wax paper. This part is messy! Sprinkle coconut on wax paper and roll each log in coconut. Wrap each log in wax paper, then foil and freeze. When you are ready to serve, slice cookies 3/8 to 1/2-inch thick.
