Zucchini Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. zucchini (small, 2-inches wide)
    2 medium onions
    1/4 c. salt
    2 c. white vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. celery seed
    1 1/2 tsp. dried mustard
Preparation
    Wash and cut zucchini.
    Peel and slice onions.
    Place in crock or bowl with salt.
    Cover with water; let stand 1 hour.
    Drain. Mix remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
    Pour over zucchini and onions.
    Let stand another hour.
    Bring to another boil for 3 minutes.
    Pack in jars; seal, processing for 10 minutes.
