Twenty-Four Hour Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach, torn
    4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
    1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp
    1 head lettuce, torn
    2 Bermuda onions, sliced thin
    1 large bag frozen peas
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. Miracle Whip
    salt and pepper
    sugar to taste
    12 oz. Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Use glass bowl.
    Place spinach in layer in bowl.
    Sprinkle with salt, pepper and sugar.
    Top with sliced eggs, then bacon, lettuce, more salt, pepper and sugar.
    Add onions and uncooked frozen peas.
    Repeat this process until bowl is full.
    Mix mayonnaise and Miracle Whip and spread over salad, sealing edges. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
