Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Make gelatin
    with 1 cup hot water, juice from a can of crushed pineapple
    and
    vinegar.
    (If there is not a cupful of juice,
    finish
    with
    water.)
    When gelatin begins to congeal, combine other ingredients with it.
    Serves 6.
