Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3/4 cup grated cheese
    1 cup buttermilk
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1 can cream style corn
    3 (mild) chili peppers, chopped
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    2 cups self-rising cornmeal
    3/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese. Put 1/2 of mixture into a pan. Add cheese. Pour rest of mixture over cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
