Mexican Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground turkey
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. onion
1/2 tsp. horseradish
3 drops Tabasco
2 eggs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. catsup
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 Tbsp. onion
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
3 drops Tabasco
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mix ground turkey, crumbs, onion, horseradish, Tabasco, eggs, salt and pepper.
Form meat mixture into 3/4-inch meatballs and cook until browned.
Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
