Eggplant Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium eggplant
    2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
    1 to 2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Pare eggplant and slice 1/8-inch thick.
    Spread 2 tablespoons tomato sauce in bottom of 2-quart casserole.
    Layer half of eggplant, 1 can tomato sauce, half of oregano and half of sharp cheese.
    Repeat layers; cover dish.
    Place in microwave and cook 14 to 16 minutes.
    Add Mozzarella cheese and continue to cook 1 to 2 minutes until cheese has melted.
