Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3/4 c. butter Crisco
1 1/4 c. light brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp. milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. pecans (optional)

Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in large bowl.
Beat at medium speed of mixer until creamy.
Beat egg into creamed mixture.
Combine flour, salt, soda and mix into creamed mixture until just blended.
Stir in chocolate chips and pecans.
