Chilies Rellenos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    6 cans whole green chilies
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 (7 oz.) jar chili sauce
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain fat.
    Add chili powder and pepper. Grease a 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Put a layer of split green chilies, cheese, meat, another layer of chilies, cheese and meat.
    Mix eggs and sour cream.
    Pour on top of meat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Pour sauce over and heat 5 minutes.
    Serves 8 people. Good at brunch or supper.
