Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. apples, diced
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. salt (scant)
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. ground cloves
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together, except apples and pecans, until well blended.
    Then fold in apples and pecans.
    Pour into Bundt pan, heavily coated with Crisco and flour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
