Mrs. G'S Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, sliced
    3/4 c. uncooked instant rice
    1 regular size can corn, undrained
    2 small cans tomato sauce
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion; drain the fat.
    Add instant rice, corn, tomato sauce, water and salt and pepper to taste.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Lay strips of bacon across the top and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
