Swiss Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
1/2 c. sour cream
Preparation

In a large bowl, combine beef, 2 tablespoons onion soup mix and milk.
Mix well and shape firmly into balls.
Brown meat balls in butter.
Remove pan from heat.
Stir in flour, remaining soup mix, water and parsley.
Cover; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Gradually stir in sour cream; heat, but do not boil. Serve over rice.
Makes 6 servings.
