Ingredients

3 lbs. okra
6 cloves garlic
6 pods hot pepper
6 tbsp. dill seed
1/2 c. salt
1 quart vinegar
1 c. water
Preparation

Mix vinegar, water, and salt together and bring to a boil. Pack pint jars with okra. To each pint add: 1 clove, garlic, 1 pod hot pepper, 1 tbsp. dill seed. Pour hot mixture over and seal.
