Judy Barton'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    20 oz. can crushed pineapple
    6 oz. sugar-free orange Jell-O
    1 c. low-fat small curd cottage cheese
    8 or 9 oz. carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Place pineapple in bowl.
    Pour Jell-O over pineapple; mix and let sit for a few minutes.
    Add low-fat cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
    Stir well.
    This salad sets up immediately.
    Refrigerate.
