Cottage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. cottage cheese (small curd)
    3 egg yolks
    pinch of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. sugar (not too sweet)
    3 egg whites for meringue
Preparation
    Mix together first 5 ingredients.
    Pour into lined 9-inch pie pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until set.
    Top with meringue and brown meringue under broiler.
