Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. corn kernels (14 ears)
    4 c. chopped celery
    2 c. diced green peppers
    1 c. diced onions
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. diced sweet red peppers
    4 c. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Boil corn-on-the-cob 10 minutes. Cut off and measure 8 cups. Mix celery, peppers, onions, sugar, corn, vinegar, salt and celery seed. Boil 15 minutes. Combine mustard, flour and water.
    Mix all ingredients. Boil 5 minutes.
    Pour into sterilized jars.
    Seal at once.
    Makes 4 to 5 pints.
