Luscious Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sugar or use Equal
    3 c. (1 1/2 lb.) diced peaches
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    3/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
    3/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Sprinkle
    sugar over peaches.
    Let stand 10 minutes; drain. Beat cream cheese at medium speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
    Add powdered sugar and almond extract; beat until smooth.
    Fold in Cool Whip and peaches.
    Spoon into graham cracker crust; chill until firm. Yield one 9 inch pie.
